  This company is very unreliable. SO when I bought my house, I kept Porco because that's who the builder used. Even though I had excellent credit and an American Express card on file in their office, I could not be signed up for automatic fillups. When I called the office to complain, because who wants to go out in the freezing snow to check the tank levels, no one could give me an answer as to why I was not on the automatic fill program. So now that I found a great company in SOS Extreme, who also buried my tank at no cost to me, I have requested several times for Porco to come and pick up their tanks which they never come when promised.
